Contract Vehicles

APC understands that the acquisition process can be lengthy and take 12-18 months to get requirements on contract. However, we are pleased to offer rapid response contract vehicles that can get tasks awarded in as little as 45 days. The contract options listed below give our customers the flexibility they need and the time to refocus their energy on their important missions.

Additionally, we have established relationships with several large, diverse companies that offer a broad range of DoD or commercial support. Based on your needs, we can integrate these teammates capabilities to develop complex solutions with our personalized focus.

Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Award

APC entered the 8(a) Business Development Program in 2013 and will continue through 2022. Through this program, APC can be awarded sole-source federal contracts in an expedient manner for contracts that are under $4M. APC has worked with Government customers to initiate contracts in as little as 9 days from start to finish.

AMCOM Express

AMCOM ExpressThis contract vehicle is built using a GSA BPA to provide services support. It is a rapid response vehicle and typically takes 60 days to get requirements processed and awarded. APC is a Team Member with Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (IRTC), under both the Programmatic and Technical Domains. APC is also a Team Member with Torch Technologies under the Technical Domain and is a Team Member with Navigator International under the Logistics Domain.

GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

GSA

APC has a GSA Schedule to provide professional and technical services across multiple Special Item Numbers (SINs). GSA PSS provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies and the U.S. military to access qualified firms in many professional and technical disciplines.

Defense Systems Technical Area Tasks (DS-TAT)

DSTATThe DS-TAT is a multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract which supports technical areas including weapon systems, survivability/vulnerability, and reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, and interoperability (RMQSI). APC is a subcontractor to KBRwyle.

SEAPORT Next Generation

SEAPORT-NxGAPC holds a Prime contract on the Department of the Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation multiple award contract vehicle.  SeaPort is the electronic procurement tool by which all Navy and Marine Corps contracting offices can obtain services through competitive and efficient means. SeaPort Next Generation focuses on Engineering Services and Program Management Services.
