System Program Analyst III

Advanced Project Consulting, LLC (APC) is a defense contracting firm based in Warner Robins, GA.   We provide outstanding engineering, logistics, information technology and ISR support to our customers while maintaining agile, personalized, professional service.  We are constantly looking for energetic, trustworthy and dedicated professionals to join our team.We have a contingent position for an experienced System Program Analyst III to support a Government contract at Robins AFB, Georgia.Position Description:System/Program Analyst:  Services include supporting acquisition phases to include planning, budgeting, contract support and systems/program management functions required to procure and or/produce operational  systems and provide life cycle support (maintenance, repair, supplies, engineering specific logistics) to technology based systems and subsystems.  Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to operation and maintenance, evaluation of inspection, testing, and maintenance program for systems, program/project management, technology transfer/insertion, training and consulting.  The candidate must have thorough understanding of Life Cycle Management and Sustainment processes (completion of DAU ACQ101 is highly desirable) and must have knowledge of DOD fund types, PECs and EEICs, Budget analysis and planning.Required:This position requires hands on experience with Multi-Tactical Data-link Network (MTN) and Family of Gateway systems.  The candidate will provide technical and functional expertise to the Program Manager with subject matter expertise in a large variety of areas. Minimum Education – BA/BSMinimum Years of Experience – 10 Years concentrated in functional responsibility area of the position to be filled.Preferred:Candidate must be able to articulate well.  Write documents supporting government interest and/or, documenting Gov’t position.  Technical writing to include Information Support Plan (ISP), Streamlined Acquisition Strategy Summary, Justification and Approval documents, Edit Statement of work and/or Performance Work Statements with guidance from Government.  Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior staff.  Manage program timelines, schedules, configurations, testing events and conducts inventories as required.  Orchestrates telecoms and/or conferences.May be tasked to conduct Technical Order verifications, testing observations, review test plans and results.Must be familiar with Information Assurance processes including Risk Management Framework (RMF)Travel – Individual must be willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required by the customer.Security Clearance – Individual must be able to pass a background investigation, drug test and acquire a secret security clearance.Relocation – Not provided
