Advanced Project Consulting, LLC (APC) is a defense contracting firm based in Warner Robins, GA.  We provide outstanding engineering, logistics, information technology and ISR support to our customers while maintaining agile, personalized, professional service.  We are constantly looking for energetic, trustworthy and dedicated professionals to join our team.We have a contingent part time to full time position open for an experienced Supply Technician to support a Government contract at Robins AFB, Georgia.Position Description: APC is seeking a highly motivated Supply Technician to work on its Federal Government and commercial contracts. Responsibilities will include:Initiate/coordinate parts/material support for aircraft production (overhaul, repair, modification) to include urgent or critically needed items. Use Government supply systems and procedures to ensure parts and materials are available in a timely manner. Interface with Government and Contractor personnel associated with aircraft production to ensure supply functions are completed in accordance with contract specificationsStocking and replenishing Point-of-Use inventory in multiple locations.Required Qualifications:Qualified candidates must be able to clearly and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.  Must have computer knowledge with Sharebuilder, LDMS, Microsoft excel spreadsheets, outlook, and word.  May require data entry functions.  The candidate will perform inventory, ordering and stocking parts.  The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.  Job may require prolonged standing, walking, sitting and requires candidates to work in extreme heat and cold areas for prolonged periods.The incumbent must have customer service skills, be professional and get along with others.  The ability to learn quickly, follow procedures and handle complex tasks.  Job requires a valid driver’s license.  Candidates may be required to operate government vehicles to include trucks, low speed vehicles, and forklifts.   Candidates must attend and pass any required government furnished vehicle training.Desired Qualifications:Experience with supply processes, procedures and computer systems at Robins AFB preferred.  Experience with Robins AFB Depot Maintenance operations preferred.A demonstrated understanding of Air Force supply processes, procedures and computer systems is required.  Experience with an understanding of Air Force aircraft maintenance operations.Clearance / Security:  Successful candidates must pass a background investigation and a drug-screening. Travel:  Travel is not required for this position.Relocation: Not provided
